Hey Jordan, thanks for reaching out!

To remove the Thule Fit Kit # TH145148 you'll loosen up the bolt inside the leg that was used to tighten up the fit kit clamp to your vehicle, then push the clamp in a little bit to get the hooks to unlatch, and then you'll want to tilt the top of the fit kit back while pulling the clamp out of the leg so that the hooks don't catch on anything.
