Ive lost my directions - how do I remove the TH480R footings? Thx.

On the Thule Rapid Traverse feet, # TH480R, you will need to open the cover and use the tool stored inside to loosen the lower most bolt. Once you start to do that the foot will start to come off and you can also pull the clip out from where it hooks onto the vehicle. I have included a picture showing the tool and bolt in the foot.
