Flexible Brake Line to Connect to Back of Demco Surge Actuator

Updated 12/22/2025 | Published 10/13/2024

Question:

I just purchased the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Zinc - 2inch Ball - 8,000 lbs. I need a break line extension with a female on one end and male on the other that will plum into the reservoir. Need one about 12 inches or so. What one do I need? And can I get shipped with my existing order. Pictures aerogel my old Atwood hitch. Thank you

Hey Al, for a flexible brake line that could attach to the back of the master cylinder of the Demco Actuator part # DM8609101 that you ordered you'd want the part # DM05982 which is 19 inches long. I'll put a note in your order notes that you are wanting this too as it looks like it hasn't shipped yet.

Hey Al, how did the 19-inch Demco brake hose work out with your hydraulic actuator setup? Your update could make it easier for the next person looking to extend their brake line.
