Rear View Safety only has the OEM Display Camera Wiring Harness # RVS-OA04 listed as a fit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the 15' harness, and they don't have anything shorter. This means you'll either need to use the entire length of the harness, or you can cut and splice the wiring so it's shorter.
