Question:
It says female 4pin to female 5 pin but picture showed oem plug and 5 pin male it looks like

The female/male designation of the Rear View Safety OEM Display Camera Wiring Harness # RVS-OA04 is maybe a bit confusing but if you look at the connectors you can see that they are designed to receive male connector pins which is where they came up with the designation.
