Does it fit on my 2018 Silverado?

Those do not Alex but I do have a comparable set that does. They are the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors item # CM10950. They have a mirror face which is 6-3/4" tall x 4-1/2" wide to give you a better rear view so you can see more of what is behind you or angle them to see the side of your trailer.
Additionally, we do have a custom fit set of towing mirrors that are extendable. They are the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat w LED Signal - Textured Black - Pair item # KS62135-36G.
