Question:
I've got a 2023 Sprinter with the sensors built into the bumper - will the rack obstruct / trigger them?

Hello Matt; the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # BA22B may obstruct the sensors in your rear bumper but it will depend on your hitch. The bike rack has a built-in 3-1/2" rise from the shank so depending on where the receiver sits it may clear the sensors. Realistically, I would expect this and any other hitch mounted bike rack to get picked up by sensors even if it sits slightly above.
If you have a tow mode or some other way to shut off the sensors that is one solution. If you don't and you find it is blocking the sensors in the bumper you could always add in the Patriot Hitches # PH54FR. This adapter is adjustable and can provide you with up to 11" of additional rise. It also won't cut the capacity of the hitch by 50% like other adapters.

Hey Matt, how did things go with the Kuat NV 2.0 Base rack and your Sprinter’s bumper sensors? Did the built-in rise give enough clearance, or did you end up using the Patriot Hitches adapter? Your update could help others working with similar sensor setups.
