Looking to verify what I need for a 2018 GMC 3500 8 bed to use and demco auto slide. slide 6107, prep rails 6206, with side rails 6003?

Hey Brad! That's an interesting list of parts and I would be happy to help you. If your 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 has the OEM puck system you will need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item # DM6206.
There's no side plates for the 2016-2019 GM puck system so the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # DM6003 and the Replacement Head and Base Assembly for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # DM6107 are both compatible and what you'll need.
Those two parts combined will give you the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # DM8550035.
