I can't give you a direct answer because I don't know the specific Jack-It you have on your pop-up camper, but assuming it's one that has 22-1/2" of clearance like the Lets Go Aero Jack-It PLUS # LGA47ZR or the Lets Go Aero Jack-It Pro 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LGA55VR then yes, they are compatible with the 3,500 lb etrailer Electric Jack # EJ-3520-BBX.
This jack measures 20-1/2" from the bottom of its mounting bracket to the top of the jack, jack so you'll even have a couple inches to spare.
