Hello Steve; the closest thing we have to your requirements is the LED Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflector # MCL40RB. This measures 4" long x 1-1/2" tall x 15/16" thick with mounting holes 3" apart on center. This light is sonically sealed so it is waterproof and submersible. The only thing is the wiring on the back. It is toward the center but not dead center coming out of the light.
We do have the slightly taller # MCL0032RBB which has the wires coming out of the middle in the back. This light measures 4" long x 2" tall x 1" thick. The mounting holes are also 3" apart on center. It isn't sealed but I wouldn't expect any issues unless it is submerged which wouldn't be the case on your motorhome.
