Need Replacement Awning Arm For 2017 Jayco Jayflight SLX 20

Hello – I have a 2017 Jayco Jayflight SLX 20 foot trailer. I recently backed the side into a tree and ripped off the rear part of the awning. I am looking to replace just the arm and the plastic part that goes onto the awning roller. I have pictures if that would help, but I am hoping somebody can help me figure out which exact parts I need. Thanks!

Hello Chris, sorry to hear about what happened to your awning. We carry the Lippert/Solera awnings here, so we certainly may have replacement parts for you, but it depends on what kind of awning you have currently. There is no way to look this up using the make and model of RV though. Can you tell me the brand and model of your awning? That will help a lot to narrow down the right parts.
For example the Replacement Short Arm Assembly for RV Awnings # LC404523 is a 63" long arm assembly that will work with the Carefree, Dometic, or Solera RV awnings. You will want to confirm the brand of your awning ,as well as the height of the arm to verify fitment. If this is not exactly what you need just let me know in the comments below and I am happy to look into it.
We carry the plastic head parts for the awnings as well. Just let me know what you have.
