do these sensors need a relay box to work or can I just mount them On the tire and use my cell phone alone To monitor these sensors?

Hello Brandon, thanks for reaching out. The Flow Through Tire Sensors for TireMinder TPMS # TM66FR do not work by themselves. You will need both a signal booster and monitor in order to use the sensors. For example, the TireMinder A1AS TPMS # TM76FR comes with everything you need to use the sensors and monitor your tires with your smartphone. Keep in mind that if you intend to use the app, you do still need to have the monitor in operation within 10 feet of your smart device. This ensures a solid connection between the sensors and your phone. The signal booster is also a requirement.
