Question:
I have a 2020 Ram 2500 with a 2 1/2inch receiver. Im interested in the Bullet Proof ball mount #HD258. The measurements from the inside top of my receiver to ground is 23 1/4. from inside bottom to ground is 20 3/4. I hope you can give me the distance measurement from top or bottom-please specify of the shank to the top of a 2inch ball when mounted in its lowest position. I have multiple trailers with coupler heights ranging from 14inch to 19, from the ground to the bottom of the coupler. This information will help me decide what to purchase. Thank you kindly

We have an adjustable ball mount for you. First, though, the BulletProof Adjustable Ball Mount that you referenced, part # HD258, has only an 8" drop. Unfortunately, that is not enough for your lowest trailer.
The top of your receiver to the ground is 23-1/4". The bottom of the coupler to the ground of your lowest trailer is 14". This means you need a drop of at least 9-1/4". Luckily, BulletProof has the exact same ball mount that you were looking at with a 10" drop.
The part number for the 10" drop is # HD2510. This will give you the level that you need to get all of your trailers hooked up. I've linked to a video review of this ball mount for you to look at.
