When it comes to picking an adjustable hitch with the best rise/drop for you there are a number of factors to consider. Based on what you looked at, I'm assuming you have a 2-1/2 inch receiver so that starts to narrow it down.
You will need to know what the weight/tongue weight of the heaviest trailer you want to tow is. That may be a specific amount based on trailers you own or the maximum capacity of your hitch/vehicle. You will also need to know the tallest rise and deepest drop needed to keep what you are towing as level as possible. In order to find this you need to find the difference between your hitch height and the coupler height.
You will also want to consider the different hitch ball sizes you may need. Keep in mind, the capacity of the ball mount will vary depending on the ball. One other thing you may want to consider is clearance depending on the height of your truck and hitch.
That being said, the BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch # HD258 is a great choice assuming it meets your needs. It has an 8" rise/drop and is ideal for vehicles with 22-24" of clearance from the ground to the bottom of the inside of the receiver tube. It has a maximum tongue capacity of 3,000 lbs, a gross towing weight of 12,000 lbs with a 2" ball and 22,000 lbs with a 2-5/16" ball.
If you need the additional rise/drop, the BulletProof Hitches # HD2510 is also available with a 10" rise/drop. This ball mount is ideal for vehicles with a 25-27" clearance. If you aren't sure what you might need in the future and would like to be prepared, the 10" would probably be the way to go assuming it won't cause any clearance issues.
If you find that you need something else entirely, I have included a link to all of our available adjustable ball mounts that fit a 2-5/16" receiver. I also included a review and installation video of the BulletProof ball mount along with a helpful article on ball mounts and how to measure for trailer hitch drop for your reference.
