Question:
I currently have a Curt adjustable mount C45900 and am figuring out the best way to add sway control only. Can you tell me if the Bulletproof ball mount BPH76RR will fit in the Curt channel mount. The hole spacing appears correct at 2, I need the width of the BPH76RR to determine its fitment inside the channel. Thank you.

In case it comes up again, it does take a little modification. I went ahead and got them from you because I saw both use a 3" channel. However the Bulletproof ball assembly has squared corners on the back, the Curt ball assembly has slight chamfers on the outside corners which allow it to clear the radiused corners of the channel. The channel Bulletproof channel bracket must either be slightly deeper or the corners are less radiused. The square corners on the Bulletproof assembly do not allow it to fit into the 3" channel fully enough to fit the pins through the holes, ie. it bottoms out. It's close, only needs an addition 1/8" or so. 1 minute with an angle grinder to chamfer the edges to allow it (the assy) to fit into the radii of the Curt Channel and all is good. So yes it can be made to fit.
