Yes, the Furrion Chill RV AC Unit part # FR25PR that you referenced does have a start capacitor built into it which is basically a soft start so that it doesn't draw as much amperage upon start up.

Can y’all tell me if the Furrion A/C #FACR15HESA has a starting capacitor? Trying to decide if I am going to get a soft start system. Thanks James
