I would like some technical assistance with electrical info on furrion chill he 13.5 btu. I need to know if the unit will start and run on a dedicated 15 amp service.

No, you would need 30 amp service in order to fully power the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR52PR. If you're boondocking then you'll pretty much be forced to use a generator like # 333-0005, unless you had an insanely large battery bank and high enough rated inverter.
