It does not, Steven. Instead, you'd need to use the Hopkins Tail Light Converter with 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48925 instead.

Hey Steven, how did the Hopkins Tail Light Converter work out on your Yaris? Knowing how the wiring fit could help others with the same hatchback. Your update could make it easier for the next person with this setup.

@JoshB it worked out well easy peasy. But I don't there are any 2012 yaris left that will need a converter... Lol
