Recommended Weight Distribution System for a 2021 Honda Passport Sport Towing a Gulf Stream Conquest

Question:
I have a 2021 Passport Sport AWD, rated for 5k pounds, tongue weight limit of 350 lbs. We want to safely tow our new to usinch 2015 Gulf Stream Conquest, approximately 3700 lbs loaded, with a hitch weight of 350 lbs. There is definitely a squat using a standard hitch, and wed like to even that out for safety and handling. We also need to be able to back up with the WD hitch engaged. What WD hitch would work best for us?

Hey Terri, for your 2015 Gulf Stream Conquest I'd recommend going with the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37060ET.
This WDS has 4 points of sway control to keep your trailer centered while going down the road, has a tongue weight range of 200 to 600 lbs, a max weight capacity of 6,000 lbs, and will also allow you to back up your trailer.

Hey Terri, how did the Equal-i-zer weight distribution system work out with your Gulf Stream Conquest? Did it help level your Passport and improve handling while towing? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar trailer.
