Published 08/14/2024 >
Question:
Is the 13-17 inch measurement for Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 30,000 lbs Part Number: C48BR from the bottom of the bed and which grove (there is about a 1/2 inch difference) or the bottom of the hitch leg where it connects to the puck system? A diagram would be helpful. Thanks

Hey James, the height range of the Curt PowerRide part # C48BR that you referenced is from the top of the puck in your truck bed to the top of the hitch head where the pin box would set.
The pucks in your truck bed set in a recessed section that is the height of the lower part of the truck bed grooves. I am not sure how to create a diagram that articulates that exactly without it just looking like it's an overall height drawing where it would be difficult to tell exactly where the height is measured.
