Hey Jay, spec-wise the two tires are exactly the same and are even made by same company. Only real difference is a slightly different tread pattern so I would go with the better priced part #KE68KV all day.

It won't be harder to pull; a Class D with its 1,710 lb per-tire capacity is certainly viable and move up for the higher capacity and speed rating. Go with the 81 mph Kenda Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D #AM10208.
