Question:

I currently own a 2018 Subaru Outback. Im considering a 2025 Outback. Will my Yakama landing pad for 2018 Subaru Outback fit a 2025 Outback? If not, do you carry a Yakama landing pad to fit the 2025 Outback? Thanks in advance!

Hello Joe, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that the Yakima landing pad for the 2018 Subaru Outback will not carry over to the 2025 model. The 2018 Outback uses the 8000241 Landing Pad 15. The 2025 model uses the 8000254 Yakima Landing Pad 27. Both pads work with the Timber Line towers, so as long as that is what you have, you can re-use them.

You will need the new 8000254 landing pad part # Y46VR for the 2025 model.

You should be able to re-use your crossbars too. We recommend a 50" bar for the 2025 outback, which is the same size recommended for the 2018. So as long as your crossbars are 50" (or longer) then can be used on the 2025.
