On a 7 pin to 5 pin trailer plug will the 5th pin power reverse lights on a small trailer with no battery?

Hello Keith,

Yes, on an adapter like the Wesbar Adapter - 7-Way RV to 4-Way or 5-Way Flat # 707250 the lights will still be powered the same way, and that includes the reverse lights.
