Hello Dennis. For your 2019 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 6.4l hemi I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT36MR. This has a 2" receiver and is rated for 9,000 lbs line pull or 500 lbs of tongue weight. It is a no-drill install but some trimming of the bumper will be required.
