Does Yakima Sky Box 16 for Sure Fit 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek with OEM Crossbars

Question:
The 2023 and newer ROCK CREEK pathfinder has a unique design to the roof rack. The rear of the tubular rack loops back towards the inside and connects to the third crossbar making it impossible to mount almost any cargo box securely. Does the Yakima 16 actually connect securely enough without any modifications to the Rock Creek 2023 and newer models? The photo that was provided on the site looks questionable. Can anybody confirm? Also, does the Yakima Skybox16 sit flat on the Rock Creek roof rack? And any interference with the rear hatch with it fully opened?

Hey James, so I checked with Yakima again and they confirmed that the Yakima Sky Box 16 part # Y95AV is a for sure fit for the factory crossbars of your 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek. They have a special fit section for the Rock Creek models like what you have so there should be no confusion.
