Hey Robert,
To pick the correct B&W Continuum weight distribution hitch for your setup you'll need to match the shank to your trailer hitch receiver tube sizing and check to see if you have an underslung coupler or not. Underslung couplers will mount to the bottom of the frame unlike standard couplers that mount to the top of the frame.
I believe your 2019 F-250 STX should have a 3" receiver so you'll need a reducer # e33YR to get down to either 2-1/2" or 2" sizing for the Continuum shank. From there you could go with either the 2" shank # BW78FR or 2-1/2" shank # BW28FR if you have an overslung coupler. If you have an underslung coupler then you'll need the 2" shank # BW88FR or 2-1/2" shank # BW53FR.
