I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR because it uses clamps to secure the bikes by the frame, it comes with a ramp, and it's priced in the mid-range area.
If you're wanting something a bit more cost-effective then the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR would be the one for you. It doesn't come with a ramp but it still has great specs and sits at a great price-point.
