I have a 23 venza. Which wiring harness is the easiest to install. I only tow a small trailer occasionally.

For a 2023 Toyota Venza the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C57ER is going to be the easiest installation. It comes with connectors that will plug directly inline with your factory tail light wiring for a fast and simple installation. Since it has a powered converter you will have to run one wire up to the battery for power, keeping it away from components that move or generate heat.
