Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier For a Sprinter Van With Large Bolt Pattern

Hello, I am looking for a spare tire holder for a 2 hitch that will hold a spare off a sprinter van. All the ones that I have seen seem to have the lug holes to close together to work on a Sprinter wheel.
