For the spare tire and flat tow my Jeep what are my options then since that carrier won’t work.

Using two adapters together would lower the weight capacity by 50% so you wouldn't be able to flat tow your Jeep using the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225 and a high low adapter.

Since you won't be able to use multiple attachments between your 2010 Coachmen 23BB motorhome and 2000 Jeep TJ Wrangler you'll have to attach your Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225 to the hitch of your Jeep instead. If you don't have one currently you can install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13408. This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your Jeep TJ's frame with no welding required. The powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant. It has a tongue weight capacity of 400lbs and a GTW of 4,000lbs.
