Which TorkLift Front Tie-Downs For 2020 Silverado 1500 Short Bed

Question:

Hi, Im currently using your C2217 front tie downs on my 2016 Silverado 1500 double cab, short running boards. I am changing to a 2020 Silverado 1500 double cab, short running boards and would like to re-use the current C2217 tie downs on the new truck. It appears the recommended C2224 model tie downs are identical, so would like to confirm the I can reuse them on the 2020.

Hello Johnnu,

I checked directly with TorkLift for you and the C2217 are not a fit for the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. The truck underwent a generation change in 2019, so the fits for aftermarket products also changed in that time, which is why they aren't compatible with the '20 Silverado.

You were correct about the part number for the front tie-downs for your short bed 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 are the TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front # TLC2224.
