Hello Brian. Yes, the Demco Agricultural Trailer Brake Drum # DM03532 will work as a replacement for the Dexter # T1885900. They both have the exact same specs with the 13" x 3-7/10" drum, 8 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, 17/32" bolt hole diameter and 4-3/8" center hole so they are interchangeable.
