Hey John,

Is your trailer plugged into shore power? This system requires 12.75 volts to properly operate so this could be as simple as just a lack of power. When you retracted manually do you mean with the touchpad or did you physically retracted the legs using the manual override on the motor?

You'll want to check the control module # LC304136 (4-point) or # LC85ED (6-point) and see if the fuses are blown. There should also be a 50 amp circuit breaker somewhere near this control module that could be blown if you aren't receiving power.

If everything looks fine so far then you'll want to get a multimeter # PT89ZR and check the harness between the control module and touch pad. You'll place the negative probe on the yellow wire and the positive probe on the red wire. If you see 5-7 volts then the touchpad # LC421484 is the issue and will need to be replaced. If you do not then the control module would be the issue.

Hey John, what ended up happening with your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 system after checking the power and control module? Your update could make it easier for others troubleshooting a similar retract issue.
