Does Grease Need To Be Added To Dexter Pre-Greased Trailer Hubs?

I purchased Dexter complete hubs from e trailer. I installed them very nice. Do I have to add grease to them or is what came in the hubs enough. Thank you.

While the bearings for the Hub # 8-259-5UC1-EZ are pre-greased I do recommend filling the hub completely with Grease # DX64TR. If the hub has the grease zerk on the spindle you can easily fill the hub using a Grease Gun # L30416.
