Cargo Mate lists the axle on the BL610SA as a 2,990 lb axle. From some older sale listings it looks like it is actually a 3,500 lb axle but you will need to check to be sure. The capacity should be listed on the axle tag. If it only has a serial number the manufacturer will be able to identify it using that number.
If nothing is listed, I would go ahead and pull the hubs to check your bearing combination. You will either have part numbers stamped in the side or you will have to measure with a digital caliper # PTW80157 to get the inner diameter.
Assuming you have a 3,500 lb axle with # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearings you can use the # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K for a replacement idler hub. If you need a hub and drum assembly you can use the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. If you have a different bearing combination please let me know and I will see what is available for a replacement.
