Will this work in the T-Slot of the Yakima HD cross bars or vertically on the side rails of the Yakima Overhaul?

Yes, the Thule JawGrip Paddle, Oar, or Mast Holder # TH73NV will fit into the channel of the Yakima HD Crossbar # Y45FR used on the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-59. Unfortunately the vertical channels are not allowed to be used for adding any accessories per Yakima. With that said they did just release their Molle Panels 40" Long # Y98DJ or 54" Long # Y48DJ which can be used to add accessories to the side.
