Question:

Recently we bought a 2019 Cougar fifth-wheel. Once home I discovered on of the PSX1 jacks was bent, The U-channem part on motor side. I was hoping to buy or repair the U-channel. However after looking at it I dont see how to remove it from the worm screw. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Congrats on the new purchase! Sorry the worm screw is not a replaceable part on the PSX1 so how to remove it from the bent channel isn't something Lippert puts out there.

Additionally, the Electric Stabilizer Jack Support Arm item # LC1134122 and Foot Assembly item # LC157584 are the only replaceable parts for the legs on your Lippert PSX1 Stabilizer Assembly # LC298707. The only solution I have for you is to replace the entire thing if it is bent that badly.
