Hello Genia, thanks for reaching out. The Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM3H200 will work with a 1" spindle, provided the spindle is fitted with a 4 lug hub like part # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K.

We have just what you need. The part #AM3H200 has the tire size you need of 16x6.50-8 and is mounted to a rim with a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern.
