The 145R13 tire size you have is a 145/80R13 size. The closest thing we have to that is a 175/80R13 tire size. This would be 30 mm wider and would have an overall height of 24.1 inches. This tire size can fit rim widths of 4-1/2 inches to 5-1/2 inches.
If this is compatible with your trailer and rim you would want Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10210.
