Im looking for a rear storage system for both spare tire and camping gear for 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD. Any options for this?

We have a variety of ways to get your cargo (and spare!) traveling down the road with you, and part of it just depends on what exactly you're looking to get out if it, along with how much you're willing/wanting to spend.
My initial reaction to your question is to recommend installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98853 on your 2017 Toyota Sienna and then using the Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System w/ Enclosed Cargo Carrier and Cargo Carrier # Y44ZR to give you the extra storage you're needing, but this option can be a bit pricey and your spare will overhang on that cargo basket even with it in the higher position so those are some things to consider.
An alternative route is to use the following to put your spare on the roof and then add cargo carrying capacity at the back of your van:
