When mounted on a Tesla Model Y would it block the license plate and rear camera?

Possibly leaning towards most likely but I do not have a Telsa Model Y in front of me to see. What I can do is give you the height of the 39x25 Inno Cargo Carrier with Removable Cargo Box item # IN94MR so you can confirm whether or not you'll be blocking your plate and/or camera. The top of the cargo box sits 22" above the top of your hitch receiver. It measures 63-1/2" long x 28" wide x 15-3/4" tall.

If your plate is blocked and this is something you're concerned with. You can use the Thule License Plate Holder for Bike Racks - Lighted item # TH35JV. It will attach with straps rather than having to drill into the frame or the box.
