Hello, Can you recommend an adjustable drop hitch to be used with my camper and associated WDH gear? My toy hauler with motorcycle is approximately 6500lbs. Vohn

First Vohn, if you can tell me what weight distribution hitch you are using and how much drop you might need I can recommend a Drop Shank # EQ94FR to replace your current shank.

The Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH67SR is one of the few options we have which will let you use a weight distribution hitch or even a ball mount.

Bud, I use a Harbor Freight TOW HAULER. This is a heavy duty hit h with 10K capacity....it also allows for a sway control bar. I bought a new lifted truck with a 2.5" receiver.....I will have to reduce with 2" adapter. I will need between 6 -9" drop....I think! Vohn

@Vohn We do have the 2" Drop Shank # EQ90-02-4400 or a 2-1/2" Drop Shank # EQ94FR if you do not want to have the adapter. Both of these are rated for a 9" drop and these have the same 1-1/4" hole spacing as the one from Harbor Freight on the Haul Master weight distribution hitch.
