Can Inno Rod Box Rooftop Fishing Rod Carrier IN52FR Be Easily Installed & Removed to Get in Garage?

How quickly can the box be removed and put back on? Im doubtful I have the clearance in my garage to park my 4Runner with the box mounted. Thanks!
