Question:
I have a Reese Brakeman controller. I want to install it in a 2002 E250 van. Van has 4 pole flat factory wiring. Under the dash is a factory brake controller plug with 5 wires in it. Recommendations on what I need to complete the job.

Hey John, I can definitely help with that. The Reese brakeman controllers are compatible with the Tekonsha brand plug-and-play adapters. For your 2002 Ford E250 you can use the # 3035-P to plug directly in to the factory brake controller plug. You will also need item # 37185 to complete your wiring. The brake (blue) wire will need to be run from the brake controller back to the plug in the rear. The brake controller power and brake pedal wires are already run. A 12 volt hot lead from the battery may also need to be installed.
