I have a solution for you.
We do not carry a tool that small, however the solution is going to be easy.
If you are trying to clean dirt and muck out of a 7pin or 4 pin connection you can use some pipe cleaners and some carb cleaner spray. Tooth picks work great to get gunk out of the connections too.
If you have corrosion you can use white vinegar and pipe cleaners.
After you get everything cleaned out I highly recommend putting some Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors, 2 oz. # 11755 in the connection ports to prevent further mucking up.
If the corrosion is to much it is recommend to replace the connection points to prevent electrical issues.
I suggest the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Twist-Mount 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # HM40920
