How Can I Get Replacement Keys For A GM Brand Roof Rack With J01 Key Code?

Question:

My wife’s used 2022 suburban came with a GM roof rack with no keys. The lock says “J01”, which I assume is the key code. Do you know where I could get a couple keys for it? Thanks!

Hey Van, unfortunately we do not offer replacement keys for the GM brand roof racks. Your best bet for that would probably be to contact a Chevy dealership. Since it is a GM branded accessory they should be able to provide keys, or at least tell you where to get them. I did find a GM parts site that stated "Replacement keys can be ordered from your local dealership with Part # 84835038 and the Key Code (i.e. J01, J02, J03, etc.) imprinted on the lock cylinder."
