Thank you! What is the main factor/s that impacts the speed rating of the trailer? Is it just the tires, or the hubs/bearings/axles as well? Is there anything that could be upgraded on it to feel more comfortable at highway speeds?

@Aaron The frame and coupler contribute too. The main determining factor is the axle, hubs, and tires. You can make it go faster on the highway by upgrading the tires with the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tireitem # AM1HP56. That's the only upgrade I have seen. The tires included with the trailer top out at 65 mph.

@JerredH That is very helpful, thank you! I think this is the last question: If I were to get this trailer I would likely want to carry at least one full spare hub assembly with bearings, races, seals, etc. What hub would fit this trailer?

@Aaron You would want the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 item # 34822545BX and the Bearing Kit for 1" BT8 Spindle, L44643 Inner/Outer Bearings, 34823 Seal item # BK1-100.
