Hi. I already have a set of thule bars and the rapid podium feet 460R that I used on my old car. I am looking for the right fit kit to work with the factory rack on a 21 Subaru Outback. Do you know if such a thing exisits?

Unfortunately, your Rapid Podium Feet 460R are not going to work with your raised rack on your 2021 Subaru Outback. You may be able to use your crossbars depending on their length. Normally you would use the 43" Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711120 with the Feet # TH710601 and Fit Kit # TH37CE.
