Can The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 Be Used While Towing A Trailer

Question:

Is it okay to use this while towing a travel trailer. I dont get too much rattle while towing but my hitch is always on the truck and driving locally with a bike rack is annoying. I have a Fastway aluminum 2 1/2 inch adjustable ball mount. I dont want to remove and reinstall on a regular basis.

Hey Steve,

You can definitely leave the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # RM-062 on while towing a trailer. This device is simply a clamp to hold the ball mount securely against the inside of the receiver tube.
