Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today I'm with Catherine from BulletProof Hitches, and we got a few of your products here set up. If you already have a BulletProof ball mount, or are adding one to your cart today, you'll wanna take a look at their line of accessories. Catherine So our pintle attachment is a billet piece of steel that's been CNC machined to fit within the channel of our hitch. And you can see here just the construction of that. This weighs over nine pounds. So this is compatible with any of our heavy duty or our extreme duty hitches.
Once you have your pintle trailer, you would lower the loop over the 2 5/16 ball, and then you would slip this into the channel, and you would secure it with the supplied pin and our clip. And now you're able to tow a pintle trailer. With the way we've designed this, you're gonna get a much tighter, more comfortable tow than you would with a traditional pintle hook, because the space we have here is far less than a traditional pintle hook. So you're gonna experience less bucking and jarring when using our pintle attachment. So we have the pintle mount assembly that allows us to really open up what we can do with this.
But you have other accessories you can put in as well Absolutely, so we have a full line of compatible accessories that allows your neighbors to have this hitch that's going to evolve over time as their towing needs may change. We have a step attachment that makes getting into and out of your truck bed easier. We have a flat plate attachment for mounting a vice or a winch that's rated for up to 22,000 pounds. We've got our clevis attachments that allow you to tow a farm style or drawbar style trailer from the comfort of your truck. No need to go swap out to your tractor.
We have a flagpole adapter, it's called a flag attachment, and that allows you to fly your flag without sacrificing the use of your hitch. I've also had some neighbors share with me that they also use it to hold a fishing pole when out sitting at the lake when they don't feel like holding it, or they need to put it down for a moment. We also have our stabilizer bars. We recommend those for any hitch that has a drop of eight inches or more. It's gonna help solidify the connection between the hitch, and then up into the frame of the vehicle, and it's gonna reduce that leverage on the receiver of the vehicle.
How did those stabilizer bars attach to the truck as well as the ball and mount combo Sure, so on the hitch it would be mounted to the back of the gusset about here. You would have to drill through the gusset, and there's a frame mounted joint that goes here, and then it goes up and into the frame of the truck. I call it a 90% kit, because it comes with all of the hardware and the bolts needed to mount it into the hitch and into the frame of the truck. However, it does not come with the drill bits that are going to be needed. You know, somebody who is very savvy, loves to work on trucks, can do the install themselves. If that's not the case, any sort of mod shop or repair shop would be able to do the mount for them, and they would be able to determine where on the frame of the vehicle is exactly where it should be mounted. Brad And those are adjustable turnbuckle styles, right That is correct, and we did that because we don't know exactly where the neighbor is going to mount it into their vehicle, and we want it to be adjustable so that they don't have to worry about doing anything custom. We had one of my coworkers that, he had a RAM that he set up with the turn buckles, and it looks awesome. Catherine It does, it really makes a unique look, and it helps it stand out. It really does look tougher. But obviously it provides support as well. Absolutely. Brad These are actually BulletProof, correct Yes, sir. They are. (Brad laughs) So for a long time we would always get that question. I think we received over 15,000 comments or something crazy like that of people saying, "Well, is it really bulletproof Have you shot it" Yes. The truth is we have shot it. It is actually bulletproof. The video is up on YouTube, you can check it out. We did several different types of ammo, and the reason we've always said, you know, that it's BulletProof and what we try to explain to neighbors is it is the thickness of a BulletProof vest. So that's where the name came from, But it is actually bulletproof. Well, huge thanks for showing us your whole lineup. You know, why should someone go with a BulletProof hitch So BulletProof, we designed it to be the last hitch you would ever need. And we say that not only due to the construction, but all of the different attachments that we offer. You know, we're really dedicated to delivering the best possible product to each and every one of the neighbors who chooses us. And we wanna make sure that it's a line that's going to keep them towing day in and day out. You know, we are backed by a full lifetime, no-hassle warranty. We've never had a recall, we've never had a failure. So really, it's a brand that you can put your trust behind. Love it. Well, huge thanks to Catherine from BulletProof Hitches for taking the time to show us you guys' lineup. Thank you. Thank you.

! year later and still operating properly.
Didn't think they would fit out of the box, but they worked perfectly on my 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado. Will finally be able to hook safety chains on with confidence.
Exactly what I needed to hook my trailer chains to my truck.
Impressed, very good quality...purchased item to utilize with tow-strap (also purchased) with loop ends...only regret, purchased just one instead of two.
